Because each rose begins as a real natural bloom and is finished by hand, small differences in shape, colour, texture, and gold detailing are expected. These little details are part of what makes each rose unique, not faults.

If something doesn’t seem right with the way your rose has been made or finished, please contact us with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review it carefully and do our best to make it right.

This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, water damage, misuse, direct sunlight, excessive heat, humidity, or normal wear from handling over time.

To keep your rose looking its best, display it indoors in a dry place and handle it gently.
